If a Vendor Performance Survey Is Submitted Multiple Times, Which Response Appears in the Report?

Short Answer

Only the final submitted response is included in the Vendor Performance report.

How Survey Resubmissions Work

If a Vendor Performance Survey has already been completed:

• Clicking the survey link again will display a “Survey Already Completed” message

• The user will still have the option to complete and submit the survey again

If the survey is submitted multiple times (including by different users accessing the link), the system will:

• Overwrite the previous response

• Retain only the most recent submission

What Appears in the Exported Report?

When an Admin user exports the Vendor Performance report:

• Only the latest submitted response for that matter is included

• Earlier responses are not included in the export
