Creating New Users in Brightflag

Your company's Brightflag system administrator can add new users at any time.

⚠️ Important: If your company has user provisioning enabled, follow your internal user provisioning guidelines instead of this guide.


🛠️ How to Create a New User

1️⃣ Go to User Management

📌 Menu > Admin Settings > User Management
🔹 Click + Add User in the top-right corner.

2️⃣ Enter User Details

✏️ Fill in the required information.
🎯 Assign the appropriate Role and Department.

3️⃣ Create the User

✅ Click Create User to confirm.
📧 The new user will get an email invitation to set a password and log in.


🔑 Managing User Access

You can change a user’s access level or disable their access anytime in User Management.
