✔ Vendor Paysites ensure that vendor users can only submit invoices to the correct entity and currency, preventing errors in the Accounts Payable (AP) process.
✔ Vendors receive an error message if they attempt to submit an invoice to an entity or currency not assigned to them.
🔐 Who Can Manage Vendor Paysites?
Only Admin Users in Brightflag can add or edit vendor paysites. If you need changes, please contact your company’s Brightflag Admin.
🛠 How to Add a Vendor Paysite Manually
Step | Action |

1️⃣ Navigate to Vendor Paysites | Go to Menu > Vendors > Vendor Paysites. |
2️⃣ Create a New Paysite | Click Create Vendor Paysite. |
3️⃣ Enter Required Information | A pop-up window will appear requesting necessary paysite details. |
4️⃣ Save the Paysite | Click Create to finalize. |
📌 Important: Once a paysite is created, it cannot be deleted, but it can be edited or disabled if needed.
🔄 How Vendor Paysites Work with AP System Integration
✔ If Vendor Paysites is configured through direct integration with your company's Finance or AP system, e.g. Oracle - each vendor office’s applicable entities and currencies are communicated to Brightflag via API.
✔ Once the AP/Finance system integration is complete, vendor paysites will be factored into the invoice submission process on the Brightflag Law Firm Portal. New paysites added in your AP system will be fed into Brightflag.
✔ The API will also manage all vendor office creation. It will block you from adding vendor offices in the Brightflag application.
