Integrating Brightflag with your company’s single sign-on tool will allow your colleagues to seamlessly access the Brightflag platform without the need to log in manually.
Brightflag integrates with virtually any single sign-on platform. Configuring the integration is quick and you will be guided through it by your designated Brightflag Implementation Manager or Customer Success Manager.
Whilst Brightflag is capable of integrating with most SSO tools, listed below are specific guides to some of the more common tools:
To set up a Google connection with Brightflag:
- Go to https://admin.google.com
- Click on Apps
- Click on SAML Apps
- Click on the Yellow +
- Click on SETUP MY OWN CUSTOM APP
- Download the Certificate and the IDP metadata & send to Brightflag
- Enter a name for your custom app – “Brightflag” and click Next
- Populate the Service Provider Details as outlined below

- Domain: app.brightflag.com
- Region_Prefix: app
- Domain: enterprise.brightflag.com
- Region_Prefix: enterprise
- Domain: aus.brightflag.com
- Region_Prefix: aus
- ACS URL: https://{region_prefix}.brightflag.com/consumeSaml(Replace app with region-specific prefix if necessary - instructions above)
- Entity ID: https://{region_prefix}.brightflag.com
- Start URL: https://{region_prefix}.brightflag.com/saml/{CompanyName} (where COMPANY_NAME is the name of your company.
- Ensure NameID has a mapping to Primary Email and the format is EMAIL.

- Click Add New Mapping and Finish
- Enter the following Attribute Mapping and Finish:
Username has a mapping from: Basic Information to Primary Email
