How to Upgrade a Law Firm User to Vendor Admin

Vendor users can have three different access levels. If a vendor user needs to be upgraded to a Vendor Admin, you can make this change in Vendor Management.


🔹 Steps to Upgrade a Vendor User to Vendor Admin

1️⃣ Go to: Menu > Admin Settings > Vendor Management.

2️⃣ Search for the Vendor and click the "Users" button.

3️⃣ Find the user's name in the list.

4️⃣ Tick the "Vendor Admin" checkbox beside their name.

5️⃣ Click "Update" to save the changes.

📌 Important Notes

  • You can enable a setting that allows Vendor Admins to manage users in their account. If you want law firms to manage their own user access, submit a request to Brightflag Support to ensure this setting is activated.
