Reporting on the Results of Vendor Scorecards: for Brightflag Customers (Clients)

Collecting insights from your company's matter leads on the efficacy of a matter is a crucial step in strategically planning matter allocation to your vendors/law firms. When your matter leads have scored the vendor's performance at the end of a matter, you can report on those results.

To report on matter scoring:

1. Navigate to Menu > Vendors > Vendor Performance. (If you don't have access to this menu option, your company's Brightflag admin will).
   
   
2. You can now view the reports with their default configuration. Click Export Report to download a copy of what you see.
   
   
3. To view reports on certain vendors, use the search bar.
   
   
4. If you would like to sort the vendors from highest rating to lowest, select the Survey Category and the vendors will sort by the chosen category.
