User roles in Brightflag determine the level of access and permissions a user has.
How to Change a User’s Role
- Go to Menu > Admin Settings > User Management.
- Click on the pencil icon beside the user that you want to update.
- In the User Details box, click on their current user role and update it.

- The list of available roles may vary depending on your organization’s structure and requirements.
