Configure the Vendor Diversity Survey in Brightflag

Brightflag’s Vendor Diversity feature allows you to collect diversity information from vendor timekeepers and track diversity metrics across your vendors.

Once the survey is activated and completed by vendors, Brightflag generates Vendor Diversity reports and dashboards.

📌 To enable the Vendor Diversity feature, contact your Brightflag Customer Success Manager.


Configure the Vendor Diversity Survey

1. Open Vendor Diversity Settings

Navigate to:

Menu → Vendors → Vendor Diversity


2. Select Vendors for the Survey

Choose which vendors will participate in the diversity survey.

Option Description
Activate For All Includes all vendors in the survey
Choose Vendors Select specific vendors manually

3. Vendor Submission Process

After activation:

  1. Vendor Admins receive an email requesting timekeeper details.

  2. Vendors upload:

    • Timekeeper email addresses

    • Country codes

  3. Timekeepers with:

    • USA country code

    • Valid email address

receive a personalized email with a link to the diversity survey.


4. Track Survey Activation and Completion

Navigate to:

Menu → Vendors → Vendor Diversity → Activation Tab

From this page you can:

  • Monitor vendor participation

  • Track survey completion rates

📌 Note:
Timekeepers may choose not to share diversity details. Their submission still counts as a completed survey response.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can the survey questions be customized?

No.
The Vendor Diversity survey questions cannot be customized.
