Step 1: Open the Request Form

Use your Brightflag server:

Admins must check this section manually.
⚠ No automatic email notifications are sent to Admins.

  1. Go to Menu β†’ Legal Requests

  2. Open a Pending request

  3. Click Create Matter

  4. Complete required Matter fields

  5. Click Create Matter again

Optional: Add comment (included in approval email).

Result:

  • Matter is created

  • Request is closed

  • Requestor receives confirmation email


🚫 How to Reject a Request (Admins)

  1. Open the request

  2. Click Reject

  3. Enter rejection reason

Requestor receives rejection email with reason.
