π How to Submit a Legal Service Request
Step 1: Open the Request Form
Use your Brightflag server:

π Use the same server as your Brightflag login.
Step 2: Complete Required Fields
Fill in all mandatory fields
Upload supporting documents (if needed)
Click Submit
Request is sent to Admins for review.

Menu β Legal Requests
Default view: Pending
Admins must check this section manually.
β No automatic email notifications are sent to Admins.

Go to Menu β Legal Requests
Open a Pending request
Click Create Matter
Complete required Matter fields
Click Create Matter again
Optional: Add comment (included in approval email).
Result:
Matter is created
Request is closed
Requestor receives confirmation email

Open the request
Click Reject
Enter rejection reason
Requestor receives rejection email with reason.
