Managing Support Requests in the Brightflag Client Help Center

When you create an account in the Brightflag Help Center, you can efficiently create, view, and manage support requests with the Brightflag Customer Support Team. Additionally, you can access requests where you have been added as a CC. This centralized platform allows you to keep track of all communication with the Brightflag Support team in one place.

Company-Wide Support Request View

For selected users, Brightflag offers an all-organization view feature. This allows approved individuals to view all support requests submitted by your organization, providing greater visibility and coordination across your team.

Note: The all-organization view is only available to selected customers. If you require this feature for your organization, please contact your dedicated Brightflag Customer Success Manager to discuss configuration options.


Logging into the Brightflag Help Center

If you’re new to the Brightflag Help Center, follow these steps to log in and manage your support tickets:

  1. Go to the Brightflag Help Center.
  2. Click on "Sign In."
  3. Choose the option "New to Brightflag? Sign Up" to register if you don't have an account.

Important: Your Brightflag Client Help Center credentials are different from your Brightflag application login credentials. 


Viewing and Managing Your Organization's Support Requests

Once logged into the Brightflag Help Center:

  1. Click on your profile name at the top right and select "My Activities."

  2. In the My Activities section, click on "Organization Requests" to view all support tickets submitted by your company.

  3. Click on the subject line of a ticket to view its details.
  4. You can also choose to follow tickets submitted by your organization to receive notifications when updates are made.
