If you have created a related (child) workroom prior to the records (parent) workroom, you may want to link them together retrospectively. You can do this linking if you are an admin with access to Workspace’s Enterprise Admin.
- Navigate to Enterprise Admin > Menu > Workrooms.
- Find the relevant records workroom.
- In the Related tab, click the button Link Orphaned Workroom.
- This brings up a search modal where you can find and select the relevant related (child) workroom.
- This brings up a search modal where you can find and select the relevant related (child) workroom.
- The Records Workroom and the Related Workroom need to be under the same organization. To remedy this, simply go to the Details tab on Workrooms.
