How to Create an Accruals Report

  • Go to Menu → Reports → Report Builder

  • Click Create Report

  • Select Accruals Reporting Template

  • In the Report Fields tab:

    • Use the search bar to find fields

    • Select the fields you want included

  • In the Filters tab:

    • Add any filters needed (e.g., Accrual Status, Matter, Vendor, Department)

  • Click Run Report

    • Choose the Date Type

    • Set the Period (e.g., This Month, Last Month, Custom)

    • Select the Report Currency: EUR, USD, GBP, AUD 

    • Select the Output: Email vs Preview (1000 rows) 

  • To reuse the report:

    • Click Save Report

    • Enter a name

    • Toggle Make Public if others should access it

    • Click Save
