Quick Invoice Approval allows non-admin users to approve invoices directly from the Attorney Dashboard, without opening each invoice individually.
This feature is enabled at the account level. If enabled, it appears on:
Menu → Home → Invoices Tab
What This Feature Does
Quick Invoice Approval allows you to:
Approve invoices directly from the Home Dashboard
Approve multiple invoices at once
Skip opening each invoice individually
It does not bypass workflow rules. You can only approve invoices that are currently assigned to you.
How to Use Quick Invoice Approval
Step 1: Select Invoices
Check the boxes beside the invoices you want to approve.
To review an invoice in detail, click the Invoice Number.
Step 2: Click Approve
Click Approve.
The invoices will:
Be instantly approved
Be removed from the dashboard
Update to Approved status in the Invoice Detail Page
Dashboard updates are immediate.
Important Rules & Limitations
Approval will be blocked if:
The invoice is in Awaiting Details
Allocations are required but missing or incomplete
Your organization blocks approval when adjustments are present
If you are the final approver, supported AP Route actions will trigger automatically after approval.
❌ Send Accounts Approval Email (Manual) is not supported in Quick Invoice Approval. If required, please use the Invoice Detail Page.
Standard approval notifications continue to function as normal.
