If a client user at your company gets locked out of their Brightflag account, Client Admins have the necessary permissions to unlock their account and restore access.
✔️ Admins can unlock any client user’s account.
✔️ Unlocking resets the user’s credentials, requiring a password reset.
Steps to Unlock a Client User’s Account
1️⃣ Navigate to User Management

Go to: Menu > Admin Settings > User Management.

Search for the user’s name using the search bar.
2️⃣ Unlock the User’s Account
- Toggle off the Enabled setting beside the users name and refresh your screen.
- Toggle back on the Enabled setting and refresh your screen again.
✅ The client user’s account is now unlocked!
Final Steps: Resetting the User’s Password
🔹 Unlocking the account resets the user’s login credentials.
⚠️ Important: Previous passwords are no longer valid after unlocking.
The user must now follow these steps to reset their password.
