Login Issues: Resetting my Password

This guide covers the steps required to reset your brightflag password. Please note your password is region specific. To reset your password:

Please use Google Chrome, other browsers may not be compatible with the system.

1. Navigate to your Brightflag login page.

2. Click on Reset Password.

3. Enter your email address and click Next.

4. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.

  • If you can't find the email, please check your spam/junk folder and verify you're using Google Chrome to request the password reset.

5. Click on the link in the email and it will launch the password reset page.

6. Enter your new password and confirm it to reset.

  • Ensure the email address matches the email address where you received the password reset email.
  • Your password must contain the following:
    • At least 1 upper case letter (A-Z)
    • At least 1 lower case letter (a-z)
    • At least 1 special character (!@#$%&)
    • At least 1 number (0-9)
    • At least 10 characters
    • No more than 72 characters
    • No more than 2 identical characters in a row

You can change your password at any time. If you are unable to reset your password, your account may be locked.
