Can Vendors Bulk Upload PDF Invoices?

No. PDF invoices must be uploaded one at a time.

Brightflag does not support bulk PDF uploads.

If a vendor regularly submits multiple invoices, they should consider using LEDES format, which allows multiple invoices to be uploaded in a single file.


Can Fixed Fee and Hourly Work Be Submitted on the Same Invoice?

When uploading a PDF invoice, vendors must select either:

  • Hourly Fee, or

  • Fixed Fee

If an invoice contains both hourly and fixed fee work, it can technically be submitted under Hourly Fee, but this is not recommended.

Recommended Best Practice

Submit separate invoices for:

  • Hourly work

  • Fixed fee work

This ensures more accurate reporting and processing.
