Your organization has enabled a feature that automatically sends Vendor Performance email surveys to internal matter leads when a matter is closed. 

If multiple matters are closed where you are listed as the internal matter lead, you will receive a survey email for each one.


Can Brightflag Stop These Emails?

🚫 No, Brightflag cannot stop these emails directly. The feature is controlled by your organization's Brightflag Administrator, and any changes require their approval.

To stop receiving these emails, your Brightflag Admin must contact Brightflag Support to request that the feature be disabled.
