Can Brightflag Stop These Emails?
🚫 No, Brightflag cannot stop these emails directly. The feature is controlled by your organization's Brightflag Administrator, and any changes require their approval.
To disable this feature altogether, your Brightflag Admin must contact Brightflag Support to request that the feature be disabled.

Can My Organization Control Which Matters Trigger These Emails?
If matters are closed individually when viewing the matter details page, the survey will trigger automatically: How to Close/Reopen a Matter in Brightflag.
