Use this article only if:
You do NOT see “Add Matter”
Your organization requires internal approval before creation
Important: Matter Requests Are Located Elsewhere
Matter Requests are NOT under Search/Add Matters.
Go to:
Menu > Matter Management > Search Matter Requests
Step 1: Navigate to Matter Requests
Menu > Matter Management > Search Matter Requests
Step 2: Click “Add Matter Request”
Step 3: Complete Required Fields
Required fields are shaded pink/red
Click Next if prompted
Add Allocation values if prompted
If unsure about field values, contact your Administrator.
Step 4: Click “Request Matter”
Once submitted:
The request is routed for review
The matter is not active yet
