If your organization uses Internal Matter Requests in Brightflag, you can submit a new request for review.
⚠️ Note: The Internal Matter Request feature is only available if it has been enabled by your Brightflag admin. If you're unsure, please reach out to your admin for guidance on how matters should be created in Brightflag.
📝 How to Submit a Matter Request
Go to the Brightflag Menu.
Navigate to Matter Management → Search Matter Requests.
Click Add Matter Request.
Complete all required fields in the request form.
These may include matter name, description, jurisdiction, department, allocations and other business details.
Review your entries, then click Request Matter.
Once submitted, the request will be sent to the appropriate person at your company for review and approval.
🛠️ Troubleshooting Tips
Missing fields? Your admin may have customized the request form. Make sure to fill in all visible required fields.
Can't find Matter Requests? Ensure you have the correct permissions or feature access. Contact your Brightflag admin if it's not visible.
