Submitting an Internal Matter Request (Approval Required)

Use this article only if:

  • You do NOT see “Add Matter”

  • Your organization requires internal approval before creation


Important: Matter Requests Are Located Elsewhere

Matter Requests are NOT under Search/Add Matters.

Go to:

Menu > Matter Management > Search Matter Requests


Step 1: Navigate to Matter Requests

Menu > Matter Management > Search Matter Requests


Step 2: Click “Add Matter Request”


Step 3: Complete Required Fields

  • Required fields are shaded pink/red

  • Click Next if prompted

  • Add Allocation values if prompted

If unsure about field values, contact your Administrator.


Step 4: Click “Request Matter”

Once submitted:

  • The request is routed for review

  • The matter is not active yet
