  • Billing Details

  • Contact Details

Both sections appear under:
Menu → Vendors → Vendor Management → Offices

Although they look similar, they serve different purposes.

What Is Included in Each Section?

Section Includes Who Can Edit? Where It Is Used
Billing Details Billing address, bank details Client Admins and Vendors Feeds into Approved Invoice Summaries 
Contact Details Email address, phone number, address Vendors only General firm contact information

Key Differences

Editing Permissions

  • Clients can edit Billing Details

  • Clients cannot edit Contact Details

  • Vendors can edit both sections

  • Billing Details cannot be locked after being updated by a client


Field Requirements

  • Fields cannot be made mandatory

  • Fields cannot be locked

  • Vendors may update details at any time
