Login Issues: Resetting Your Brightflag Password

Overview

If you’re having trouble logging in to Brightflag, you may need to reset your password.

🔹 Important Notes:
✔️ Your password is region-specific – If you’re unsure which region to sign into, contact your Brightflag Admin or Brightflag Customer Support. 
✔️ Use Google Chrome – Other browsers may not be fully compatible.

Steps to Reset Your Password

1️⃣ Navigate to the Brightflag Login Page

  1. Open Google Chrome and go to your Brightflag login page.

2️⃣ Click on "Reset Password"

3️⃣ Enter Your Email Address

  1. Type in your registered email address.
  2. Click Next.

4️⃣ Check Your Email for the Password Reset Link

🔹 You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

✔️ If you don’t see the email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Verify that you're using Google Chrome to request the reset.

5️⃣ Click the Link & Reset Your Password

  1. Click the password reset link in the email.
  2. The link will open the password reset page.
  3. Enter & confirm your new password.
