Brightflag’s Report Builder allows you to create customized reports.
Reports can be saved, reused and scheduled making it easy to generate recurring analytics for your team.
Accessing Report Builder
- Go to Menu
- Select Reports
- Click Report Builder
- Select Create Report
You will then choose a Report Type, which determines the dataset and available reporting fields.
Available Report Types
Brightflag provides six report templates, each designed for a specific type of analysis.
| Report Type | Best Used For |
|---|---|
| Matter Spend | Analyzing spend and financial metrics at the matter level |
| All Matters | High-level reporting on matters and matter metadata |
| Invoices | Invoice-level reporting and spend analytics |
| Line Items | Detailed analysis of individual billing narrative lines |
| Accruals | Vendor accrual submissions combined with invoice spend data |
| Timekeepers | Timekeeper activity, rates, and hours worked |
