Before rejecting an invoice, make sure you have reviewed it carefully.

An invoice must be in Pending status in order to be rejected.
Step 1: Click Reject
On the Invoice Review screen, click Reject in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Add Rejection Notes
You will be prompted to enter comments.
📌 Rejection Comment: This note is added internally and can also be seen by the law firm.
📌 Vendor Note: This note is only sent to the invoice uploader via email and does not appear as an internal note.
Step 3: Notify the Vendor (Optional)
If you want the vendor to receive an email notification:
Ensure the Notify Vendor field contains their email address
This is typically pre-filled with the invoice uploader’s email
Step 4: Confirm Rejection
Click:
Reject
orReject and Next Invoice to move directly to the next pending invoice in your queue
