Are Invoices with Multiple Currencies Accepted?

Invoices can display multiple currencies on the PDF document for informational purposes, but Brightflag does not support mixed currency invoices for processing.


🔹 What Does This Mean?

When submitting an invoice, the same currency must be used for the following key points:

✅ The currency displayed on the cover page of the invoice PDF.
✅ The currency selected in Brightflag during the invoice upload.
✅ The currency used in the fee and expense breakdown on the invoice PDF.

📌 It is acceptable for other currencies to be mentioned on the invoice PDF, but the cover page currency, breakdown currency, and the currency selected during the invoice upload must be consistent and match for proper processing.

🚫 If the cover page, breakdown, and Brightflag selection do not match, the invoice will be rejected and require resubmission.
