🔹 Common Reason for Timekeeper Auto-Rejection in LEDES Invoices
✅ Brightflag matches the approved timekeeper ID with the ID in the LEDES file for verification.
🚫 If they don’t match exactly, Brightflag flags the timekeeper as "new" and auto-rejects the invoice, even if the timekeeper’s name matches.
📌 Example:
- Approved Timekeeper ID in Brightflag: "BFF"
- Timekeeper ID in LEDES File: "BF"
- Result: Invoice is rejected because the IDs do not match.
🔹 Solution
✔ Ask your vendor to resubmit the invoice, ensuring that the timekeeper ID in the LEDES file matches the approved ID in Brightflag.
✔ If the vendor needs to change the timekeeper ID in Brightflag, they must reach out to Brightflag Support.
📌 This change requires approval from your Company Admin.
