If you're reviewing an invoice in Brightflag and want to ask the submitter a question, you may be wondering whether you can leave a comment or communicate with them directly in the platform.
🛑 In-Platform Messaging Not Available
At this time, Brightflag does not support direct commenting or messaging between approvers and invoice submitters within the platform.
👀 How to Identify and Contact the Submitter
If you need to reach out about a specific invoice:

Open the invoices page in Brightflag.

Navigate to the History tab.

Look for the email address of the person who uploaded the invoice.
Once you have the email, you can reach out to them directly via your organization’s communication tools
💡 Tip: Be sure to include the invoice number and vendor name in your message to help the submitter identify the invoice quickly.
