Reason

Explanation

No previously approved rate exists

This is the first rate submission for this timekeeper. Brightflag requires a previously approved rate to calculate the percentage change.

The effective date is earlier than or equal to the last approved rate

The system cannot calculate a rate change if the requested rate does not occur after the previous rate.

The requested rate is the same as the last approved rate

If the rate amount has not changed, there is no percentage difference to calculate.
